Domestic shipping

All merchandise is processed within 1-3 business days, shipping time is 3-5 business days to receive order once it ships. Tracking is sent to email once order ships. Be sure to check spam, junk folder and PayPal account for tracking info before emailing. All pre-orders take 7-15 business days to ship. 

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours pending availability and credit card verification. 

We ship via USPS Priority Mail - DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS

Returns & exchanges

Thank you for your online purchase with IG Luxe!  We understand that items may look and fit differently once you receive them.  If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return it for a STORE CREDIT or exchange (less shipping fees). You must email for a Return Label prior to returning merchandise.  Returns and exchanges for online orders are only accepted within 14 days of receipt by the customer. We accept items that have not been WORN, WASHED OR ALTERED and ALL TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED.  ALL accessories (jewelry, scarves, headwear, handbags, etc.) are FINAL SALE.  ALL SALE and DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  All returned items should be sent back fully insured by USPS or other carrier.  All  shipping  for returns/exchanges will be paid by the customer.  Please obtain a tracking number for your records.  

We reserve the right to refuse any return if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 7th day or is a final sale item.  Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Lost or Stolen

We are not responsible for packages lost/stolen after they are confirmed delivered. If you feel like your mail area is not safe for delivery, please choose an alternative address. Shipping labels are generated from the address you put in your account information. We are not responsible if packages are delivered incorrectly due to the address being wrong. Please check the Shipping Address you put in your profile.
